My recent auto purchase was such an enjoyable and smooth process. All of the staff at Dan Deery Toyota that I encountered were incredibly helpful and accommodating. My sales associate Chris Ratchford answered all of questions and addressed all of my concerns. Definitely a 5 star experience!!!!

We had a good experience. Josh was a great sales person. Price of the car was reasonable and we got a fair price for our trade. Only concern was we only received one key fob and had to spend $462 at a Nissan dealer to have a 2nd one made.

We bought an Acadia and while test driving in town everything was good. Once we got out on the highway after buying we could feel it pulling to the right. Asked our salesman about them checking the alignment and his reply was that he couldn't do anything about it. He did mention his service department could perform an alignment, but it would cost us. Disappointed they wanted to charge us.

Update to my review. After traveling less than 100 miles down the road I find out the car they sold me is broken. It apparently needs repairs that will cost nearly double what I paid for the car. I know, I know, caveat emptor. However, any mixed feelings I had about the deal turned sour when they charged me another hundred dollars to tell me that the broken car that they sold me, was indeed broken. One more kick in the pants on the way out the door. Thanks fellas!
