I ordered two OEM windshield wipers for my RAV 4 on their website and needed them by a certain date so I called in to get an expected delivery date. I spoke with Matt from the Parts Dept and turns out, I had ordered wipers for the wrong model! But Matt reassured me that he would check to see if the correct ones were in stock and they were. So he swapped then out, processed the order and shipped them out right away. I received them within 2 days! Thank you, Matt, for your excellent customer service! Saved me a lot of back and forth. Wish we lived closer to bring in our car to get serviced on the regular. But will be doing business with them in the future again!

I was directed to Ashley by the desk and it was such a pleasant experience of car discussion. She communicated back and forth with me on text and email and I wanted to come back which I did. After two days, I purchased a car. Her colleague, Josh especially earns 5 stars for all the work he did in Ashley’s absence as she was off to a training

Nathan was very patient and professional. Even though he was busy, he took the time to make us a priority and didn’t try to rush us into a decision or the wrong vehicle. The process was pretty straightforward once we had figured things out. We received a fair deal and there was not any games played. I would go back and do business again. We moved to Iowa temporarily and needed a car to drive around for a few months at a time. The first car dealer lot we went to was Dan Derry Toyota in Cedar Falls thinking we were just going to be looking around in several places. The associate that helped us, Nathan, was really a great guy. He gladly let us drive around three cars and answered a lot of our questions. We were about ready to leave when he brought back the sales manager, Mark. Well Mark asked us a few questions about what we needed and he said that he might have a perfect car for us. He was a great guy ,down to earth, easy to talk to and work with. Turns out we bought the car that he showed us and we got a great deal . Marshall ended up doing all the financial part with us and even though the whole process took a little while as it always does when you buy a car, we were quite pleased with our purchase! I'd like to thank these three men for their professionalism and friendliness. We really appreciate all their assistance to acquire a really great car. If you need a car you might be able to find it at Dan Deery Toyota!

I.had a great experience though longer then I thought it would be but Whitney and Tanner were great at keeping updated.

By far the worst experience I've had Trying to purchase a vehicle that was advertised on their website/lot. I Had multiple reps text me, call me within a 1hr time frame after inquiring and not one really new I had already explained what I was trying to buy, stock number as i wanted to get the paperwork finalized ASAP (which i did within a 2 hour period off and on the phone with the sales rep/sales manager) They were very unorganized, pushy in getting me to look at their lot of vehicles while trying to push me into a non refundable deposit of minimum $500. I got off the phone right before 8pm with the go in financing with my information/credit report leaving the call that night in finishing up in early morning the next day 9am to get yet another text from a different sales rep curious if there was any other vehicle i was interested, me asking "is there something wrong with the one I applied for/sternly expressed i was tryingto own?". They stated its sold. Out of all the years buying vehicles and powersports , this dealer has been the worst. Just proves customer satisfaction isn't the motive and moving cars and pushing sales is.
