So he swapped then out, processed the order and shipped them out right away. I received them within 2 days! Thank you, Matt, for your excellent customer service! Saved me a lot of back and forth. “ By far the worst experience I've had Trying to purchase a vehicle that was advertised on their website/lot. I Had multiple reps text me, call me within a 1hr time frame after inquiring and not one really new I had already explained what I was trying to buy, stock number as i wanted to get the paperwork finalized ASAP (which i did within a 2 hour period off and on the phone with the sales rep/sales manager) They were very unorganized, pushy in getting me to look at their lot of vehicles while trying to push me into a non refundable deposit of minimum $500. I got off the phone right before 8pm with the go in financing with my information/credit report leaving the call that night in finishing up in early morning the next day 9am to get yet another text from a different sales rep curious if there was any other vehicle i was interested, me asking "is there something wrong with the one I applied for/sternly expressed i was tryingto own?". They stated its sold. Out of all the years buying vehicles and powersports , this dealer has been the worst. Just proves customer satisfaction isn't the motive and moving cars and pushing sales is. ”
